What a great surprise to find a man playing the bagpipes at Rambler Road in Wildwood Crest last weekend .He was a plumber who is working down here and likes to practice out on or near the beach.Take a walk down there and you may just get the same pleasure we did.One never knows what is around the corner in our little town.
