To the City of Cape May regarding your Live Stream. The micro phone is bad. I hope you realize that if it is not recording to the public, it is not recording on record. The public needs to be able to contradict what you are saying. If it is not recording on Live Stream properly, than you are not in compliance. On another note, where is the sign language person. Cape May does not accommodate ADA that's for sure.
