In response to Crest resident dismissing Diamond Beach concerns for EMS response times, the original DB Master Plan showed a large lot for the construction of a fire and emergency sub-station that Lower Township reneged on, instead, LT recently sold it to be used as a hotel valet parking lot. LT has failed to enter into a first response agreement with the Crest rescue squad less than 2 minutes away. Explain that to the parents of a 4 year old child rendered unconscious in a playground mishap who waited over 13 minutes after a 911 call for the LT contractor to arrive from over 8 miles away.
