I do not believe the Mayor and council are trying to control the residents. What will hurt the town is the beach not being replenished. Using a bike helmet is common sense for all ages. Don’t worry about the bike shop ,it will survive. Beach replenishment has now become a town issue since environmentalists have an army of lawyers. We have to go it alone and start to retrieve sand from off shore ,not the point.
