The Cape May Jazz Festival should change it's name to the Lower Township Jazz Festival, as most of the events have been commandeered by the Delaware River and Bay Authority at Ferry Park. The Blues and Singer Songwriter Festivals have already been absorbed by wineries in Lower Township. Someone is asleep at the wheel in Cape May.
