Just curious, can a person up and change a street name in Whiteboro without alerting the postal service? Aren't there rules and steps one has to follow to legally be allowed to do that? ? Cause its not recognized on google maps and the name of the person it was changed to wasn't anyone of vast importance like a governor, mayor, city councilman.
