For people that are told they have a mental illness like bipolar or even adhd please insist that your doctor has you or a loved one get a mri/mra and blood workup first.Too many people are prescribed meds. that makes things worse.Some meds.are methamphetamines that are causing brain damage.My brother-in-law's sister was put on many meds. for bipolar and she never was given a mri and was put in a mental hospital only to find out she had a brain tumor that was causing her mental issues.Unfortunately it was too late to treat and she died at a young age.Remember Psychiatry is not a proven science.
