To Cape May about the lifeguards not having enough training you are wrong. I have learned one thing from my husband about rogue waves, they come out of nowhere. My husband fished off shore quite a bit and got hit by rogue waves, fortunately they overcame the situation. If the weather had been that bad, that young lifeguard would not have been in the ocean or anyone else. Give our lifeguards some credit this was a unexpected tragedy.
