I am very sorry for the family of the young life guard who died off Cape May. But I have a couple of questions #1 Why was a 16 year old allowed in a lifeboat alone in a rough and angry sea..#2 When will we hear from the Cape May Life Guard Chief as to why the boy was allowed to be in that situation. Having been on Cape May beaches numerous times this year and watched life guards it is clear to me they need much better training and instructions. Might be a good idea to use beach tag money to better train life guards
