To the second home owners of Stone Harbor: this site is called Spot Off,Not Stone Harbor Council Spout Off. If you do not want to spout-off in front of council,stop posting here .You also may own a house down here ,but it is not your primary. Make your Stone Harbor your primary, and vote, or try and run for a seat. Until then ,all your doing is paying taxes and enjoying your second home with no voice.
