When is Stone Harbor council going to stop cowering to the bird people. I just got my beach permit but was told I can’t go on the beach for 14 days because of piping plovers. The breeding season has ended and council reported none on the beach. Maybe it’s time for the fisherman to pack the council meeting and demand some answers.
