I've worked in the school district for many years and feel so sorry for some of the teachers applying for jobs and getting their hope up only to lose out to a connected person. Some travel over an hour or more looking for the opportunity of starting a career out of college. Its a shame that there's not an independent hiring system to hire best candidate
