The firefighter's dilemma in Cape May, especially for the newest firefighters... I need to point out that those who have negotiated each contract on behalf of the firefighters has been THE most unfair to those younger members. It seems obvious to me that those higher on the scale made sure that they were handsomely compensated, while leaving those lower on the scale behind. It is awful that they let that lower end stay the same for over 2 decades! And now they call foul on the city??
