During a late afternoon drive in the southbound lane of 2nd Avenue, Stone Harbor, we experienced (between 92nd and 99th Sts.) a series of dangerous pedestrian, bike, and auto episodes that included: (1) trying to beat a traffic light; (2) biking outside the bike lane in the wrong direction; (3) speeding across the double-lane intersection; (4) jogging 2-abreast in the bike lane; (5) one person dashing out in front of our car; and (6) a baby carriage being pushed in a bike lane. All this within a few minutes. Please Stone Harbor Police, enforce the laws. Please people: obey the laws.
