We in Cape May prefer to stay fit by riding our surfboards, bodyboards, playing tennis, hiking and biking our amazing trails and ending our day enjoying a plate of Cape May Salts and an ice -cold frosted mug from one of our many local breweries. Almost forgot to mention our amazing wineries too! Cape May, the "Land of Milk and Honey".
