.Suspicious trash inspector at 4AM.He rides up on a bike,dressed rather well with flashlight also.2nd time now I've confronted him,and get nothing more than a sarcastic reply.This time North Wildwood police were watching and called him over.I couldn't hear what she said,but he left with a cordial demeanor.I still find this very weird.
