I hear since the pandemic, folks are talking about reducing the work week to four days. They claim it will increase productivity and give us more time for “leisure.” Leisure! That is all anyone seems to be interested in. The farmers and factory workers and laborers even entrepreneurs who built this country weren’t worried about “leisure.” We are a soft country being run and populated by soft people. Softness and sloth and weakness will leave us wide open for defeat by either our economic or military enemies or both.
