As a victim of a drunk driver who is lucky to be alive, can someone please tell the mechanism to test for someone driving under the influence of marijuana? There are breathalyzers to test for alcohol levels but since this new law has been put in place, I have not heard any mention of a similar tool for marijuana. My fear is there will now be more impaired people on the road, all in the name of more revenue for the state.
