New Landlords beware, I have 4 adults who do not work and do not pay rent but two of them sell drugs from my house ,they completely destroyed my property and do not follow any rules,the property is sold but they refuse to leave and they are blocking the sale .Thanks Biden and Governor Murphy for giving these bums free money and a free ride. And putting me into foreclosure. Very unhappy Landlord
