To the people spouting about cops not smiling and waving. Are you kidding, they are being treated like dirt. My neighbor is a cop. Most of the ones with under a few years on the job make about $14 / $15 an hour. Almost no respect, kids have a free pass to do almost anything and not be punished. I can't believe we still have any cops coming to work at all ,let alone smiling.
