To the Avalon spouter saying you don’t see young people acting out, get out of the house for heaven’s sake! Out-of-control teenagers are present in all the shore towns. There are gangs of them everywhere ,causing mayhem on our beach, streets, and boardwalk They are bored and have nothing to do and feel invincible. Get your head out of the sand. Don’t be an enabler.
