Just read the article about the Mayor of Avalon closing the beaches and boardwalk at 9 pm due to rowdiness. It seemed to indicate that the legalization of marijuana had something to do with the problem. I am wondering what evidence does the Mayor have that this is the cause. Have there been arrests and are the rowdies high? It seems that Avalon just wants the teens to move on to another town. What happened to suffering the consequences of your actions?
