My Lord, what is going on with the prices of properties in Sea Isle City? I can assure you, if I am to ever purchase another property, especially one for close to $2M in the middle of a block, and not even close to the water, you can bet for $2M, it will be in some upscale place like Avalon or Stone Harbor. Can't wait to sell ours!!
