Cape May County workers are one if not the lowest paid county workforce in the state of NJ. It’s a shame the top of the pyramid got those raises instead of their staff who have to come to work even on state of emergency days. They also either worked from home or still had to report to duty during the pandemic. The people working 2-3 jobs deserve them, not people making six figures.
