Were my tired eyes deceiving me? A duo of "ticket cops" on Pacific Ave! As in the past once again on the side of the Ave. where there were no meters and when they neared any conglomerate of illegally parked vehicles (bogus parking tags and "notes", facing the wrong way, in no parking zones, on sidewalks, etc.) they hurriedly walked past staring up into the sky. No, my eyes were on target.
