To Middle Township Public Works crews who think trimmimg trees with a lawn mower is a good way to do it and it is the way you have always done it. If you hired someone to cut your trees at your house and they used a lawn mower on its side to Rip them apart..Would you still think its a good job? Then maybe you would change a policy and care.
