As a second homeowner I don’t vote in Cape May but I do follow the going’s on. The town is dirty, mall is a disgrace, out of control golf carts and electric bikes, drinking on the beach and the smell of pot. It’s time the Cottagers of Cape May stand up and be heard. We can’t vote but we are a voice. Take the town back.
