Being an owner for over 25 years I have to question spout about town workers. I see the same faces all the time and employees with extended longevity. I do believe that all future public works hires be classified as laborers. Unless they possess documented credentials in a necessary field. The hardest workers are the full time employees who pick up the trash and recycling. As I’ve said in the past ,hire temps and then compensate the full timers with an end of season bonus comparable to temp rate.
