There is no affordable housing for locals except for drug motels and that's the only place people can rent without having to pay two months rent and their monthly rent isn't even included in that two months.They build all of these expensive condos that only out of towners can afford.Same with the houses down here for sale that locals can't afford,because they are so over priced.People that are buying up all the real estate are out of towners ,for a second home to vacation, while our locals are living in poverty just trying to survive.This town has turned their backs on local families.
