The horror in Surfside Florida should send a wake up call to all condo associations everywhere. I was on a board and honestly it was awful to see board members not wanting to fix necessary problems correctly. Fortunately the major problem was fixed and I am out of there. Board members can de sued. This whole thing sends chills down my spine with this disaster that should have been addressed. Prayers for everyone and all responders.
