The hourly pay for lifeguards is $20 and the pay for trash men $18 an hour summertime in Stone Harbor. Plenty of lifeguards, no trash men. Hmmmm. You can’t get people to do hard work if you not willing to pay for it. As with anything ,you get what you pay for. Supply and demand is as old as time. Pay up!!!
