The pavilion at the cove in Cape May has been deteriorating for years. It hasn't even been painted for several years and the wood and trim are rotting away. When is the city going to take care of this long deferred maintenance. People actually schedule weddings and parties in this dump. This structure should be an embarrassment to the city.
