To the 64th street spouter asking about the noise ordinance - it’s so much worse this year. I have spent my summers here since I was a child and I cannot get over just how loud it is during the days. I think the town has gotten out of control with their leniency of outside bars, outside dining is one thing, but all the music makes us a party town and not a family town. I think downtown it was always expected, but this area of town is where families want to vacation.
