Mass shootings are a daily occurrence in the US(4 on Friday alone). Given our nation's political discord, Covid's devastating social & mental health affects and easy gun access, I am very concerned of a mass shooting in our "safe" CMC bubble. This is not a gun control or political commentary and the above is not inclusive of our community ills. It IS a caution to discuss with loved ones awareness and plan of action when in public. Already, 2 gun incidents on Wildwood's boardwalk and a suspicious man arrested at CM's Higbee with a gun and hatchet. This is our beloved community. Please be alert.
