Rules are rules and when I sit on the beautiful promenade in Cape May, enjoying the view, and count an endless number of people walking their dogs and then going on the beach I wonder what are they thinking. Is this the new age that you do what you want to do and if you get caught it’s only a hand slap? Cape May hire a few temporary patrol people during the summer months just to get our promenade, beaches and Washington St Mall back on the NO dog rule! I know people will appreciate this direction to enforce the rules.
