Are residents paying attention to what’s going on within our local government? All these political hires within the County by getting them into non-competitive civil service positions that don’t need to be posted. The County doesn’t care about equal opportunity, they only care about getting their friends in for positions they don’t qualify for at a higher starting salary than most. It’s the good ol boys club and our community is letting it happen.
