Having a dog myself, I am entitled to be upset to see people walking their animals to & from the same beach that our children will be playing on later today. Don’t you have a yard to let your dog do it’s duty in, or are you just plain ignorant to the needs of others. If a dog pees, the germs are there for days, until washed away.
