As a retired Cape May Tech instructor, I have seen first hand the tremendous effectiveness of team teaching in the exploratory programs For the benefit of the students and the educational climate at Tech in general, I implore the board to keep this team approach in the future. The money saved if it is changed will not be worth the educational loss to the students and their hard-working staff.
