The presence of unsupervised early to mid aged teens in sic is turning this family friendly town into something we will all regret.. I watched them harass elderly people trying to enjoy their evening in what was despicable behavior. I also watched them herd into the two always, family friendly fun arcades, to wreck havoc while cussing & grabbing the wonderful attendants. No wonder families are going to OC. Commissioner Lenny why aren't you demanding some police presence to help your town's established ,reputable ,businesses deal with these budding problems?
