How can the business owners or even the borough allow three overflowing dumpsters sit on the street for 5 days one week, three the previous week. Can't wait for a few hot summer days for the stench to be overwhelming and invite more birds to defecate all over the east end of St. Now we have full size tractor-trailers blocking the driveways of residents and violating the no idle laws. This is a quality of life and health issue, it's not an attack on anyone's livelihood, it's wrong on so many levels. We have lived in this location since the mid 70's.
