I just want to shout out to all the foster parents that take in abused and neglected kids especially teens.My friend took in several neglected kids that had lack of medical/dental care, that never stepped foot into a dentist office with decayed teeth and didn't have all of their immunizations.Don't schools check up on these things anymore?I honestly think that parents that neglect kids medical/dental needs should be incarcerated.Foster parents get a bad rep,but if it wasn't for them, kids would have no one to care about them.I don't understand how parents get away with such child neglect.
