Why are there so many pools in back or side yards at Shawcrest. According to NJ laws, any pool that is more than 24 inches deep requires a permit. Also all pools require a barrier, a wall or a fence at least 5 feet tall. The owner is responsible if someone drowns as well as the Shawcrest owners. Rules need to be enforced immediately.
