My Spout about Cape Tech custodians running through classrooms is not against the custodial staff, rather the Administration not paying them O.T. to clean a section properly. The Administration can’t afford to pay O.T. when they are paying $500.00 a chair for the Board office and $177,000.00 for a Facility Manager.
