To the individual who complained about the LOUD laughter, music and conversations from a house on 23rd Ave at 7:00 pm on a Friday night....seriously? I am 87 years old and have lived here for many years. This is a “seashore town”. The noise has ALWAYS been here. My question to this writer is “Why did you purchase a home here, when the noise has always been here? Maybe you should look at relocating to a non seashore town? It was seven o’clock, please refrain from posting such nonsense.
