Why are cement trucks, dump trucks, tractor trailers and other large vehicles exempt from the posted speed limit on New Jersey Ave.? I see cars pulled over by the police for some reason, but the speeding trucks continue to rumble down the avenue. Don't try to cross the street as they speed by. I never thought I would say "I can't wait until the traffic lights are turned on." What keeps the Crest police busy all day in the off-season?
