Can’t help but think that after a state witness answers with a yes or no and the defense attorney then gives a three minute scenerio to convey his own feelings to to the said questions ,to sway you in the opposite direction. I didn’t think attorneys could do this- but once again i am wrong. I think this is done to sway juries.
