If it took anyone time to figure that Stone Harbor is fiscally mismanaged they haven’t been paying attention. There has been a huge increase in tax revenue and the council finds new ways to waste the increase with pet projects. Any extra money should be used to fund projects that will maintain the viability of the town. #1 should be a complete dredging of back bays. Not a new life guard station that will duplicate the existing one. Or a platform tennis project that owners association did not endorse but in excess of 12 people were able to sway the council to approve.
