In 2005 Sen. Joe Biden argued the filibuster was a constitutional tool, and doing away with it “ eviscerates “minority rights. Also in 2005, Sen. Obama vigorously defended the filibuster. He now decries it as “ Jim Crow relic.” In 2005 the Democrats used race to keep the filibuster, and now in 2021, they’re trying to use race to end it. The Democrats are the Party of hate. They use the race card to get what they want. They sure haven’t done anything to help minorities living in dilapidated neighborhoods they control.
