Here's a little feeling from the other side, I've owned a contracting business down here for 23 years and love most of my customers, however, if you can't wait 16 minutes for a return call before calling another service then don't call at all, if you like the service and the price there is a reason, and that is a small staff, if you want gauranteed immediate service (a phone conversation) you will be paying more, you also don't know who will be showing up at your door, so good luck out there
