Walking around the City of Wildwood as a resident for the last 16 years and in a property owning family for 40 years here. Why do I still see the same rundown commercial and residential properties for the last 10 years or more? Trashed rental properties , closed commercial buildings falling apart, do we not have code enforcement? Demolition sites with debris on them silt fencing that is not installed properly or not even there. Plus we have the highest tax rate in the county it should not look like this.
